Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Delta Insurance Company has appointed Adel Ahmed Mousa as its chairman and managing director, representing Egypt Kuwait Holding Company (EKH),

During its meeting on 29 September, the board has also named Said Adel El Alfi, representing EKH, and El Sayed El Sayed El Gohary, representing Baraka for Trade and Investment, to be the deputies of the chairman, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.

It is worthy to highlight that during fiscal year 2018/2019, Delta Insurance registered profits worth of EGP 135.79 million, compared to EGP 91.55 million in fiscal year 2017/2018
